Wish List: Under "High Risk Behavior" and "High Risk Medical" when you select "Other" it would be great to have a spot to document what that "Other" thing is. Also, under the Behavior drop down, Noncompliance would be a great option to add.

A suggestion--if a patient delivers before the group is completed, but comes back with their baby to finish the group, it would be nice to have an option with the "Attended" checkmark that you can add a comment about this. Thanks.

Will there be a place to record if patients fill out the surveys? There is a place for that in the Excel version, but nothing in the online version.

Hi Stefanie, Not it the short term, but in the long term we plan to move the patient evaluation process online (like the staff and essential elements surveys).

One other "wish list" idea is for future versions would be for the session dates print onto calendars that could be printed with each group shaded in a different color.

Create Group - add option for a third facilitator - to support residency programs where you could possibly have resident, attending, and staff facilitator assigned to the group.

Wish list: The option to manage more than one site under one account. (i.e. I am the Centering Coordinator for two separate sites but can only use my ccounts account to input data from one site and not the other)

Please know that we are on it and you should see both sites listed in a pulldown when you login soon. Jon Hayes one more for the list!

Dashboard idea - let users see real time how many total groups / completed groups / total patients / total outcomes / key outcomes there are across the entire network (no PHI, just group metrics and aggregated outcomes).

Insurance type should be multi-pick - some patients have more than one.
Can we add to high-risk medical "late entry to care?"
# of non-CPREG prenatal care visits maxes out at ten but some high-risk moms could have more.

It seems that once a patient is removed from the group, she is no longer available anywhere on the dashboard. Is that the case? We would like to be able to still account for the patient whether she attended 1 session or all 10. Also, will the birth outcomes of patients that have not completed the sessions affect our overall outcomes/numbers? Thank you in advance for any guidance you can provide! Thanks Alison! 1 - We will see how easy or difficult it would be to add a zip code field to the patient record and let you know. 2 - To clarify, do you want to leave this mom in the group even though she has transferred out? I assume you would want to do that based on #3, to capture her outcomes anyway if she came to a few Centering groups before leaving. We do have those sort of options but they are in the "Remove from group" option rather than attendance (screenshot attached below). We're happy to think about a better way to do this and update the dropdown options if we can easily.

Also, will the birth outcomes of patients that have not completed the sessions affect our overall outcomes/numbers? Thank you in advance for any guidance you can provide! You can indeed restore a patient if you want to put her back in a group, there are instructions here: help.centeringcounts.org/help/manage-groups#4-8-restore-patientIf you want to count that patient in attendance and/or outcomes, simply leave her in the group. As we update the reporting functions you'll be able to look at outcomes compared to number of sessions attended. Right now the system will tally all outcomes that you've input regardless of how many sessions the mom attended. It is up to you if you want to exclude moms who attended below a certain number of sessions (then just don't enter their outcomes). Thanks for asking here!

Ability to mark a session as canceled due to moms delivering before the last session(s).
Need to be able to add SC members to multiple sites.

For reports, it would be great to have the ability to schedule them to run periodically and be sent to specified email recipients much like we do with our KPI dashboards in Salesforce.

While updating some of my group information this morning, I thought of something that might be a nice addition to consider. We had a session that was canceled due to bad weather and have also ended up doing combined sessions before as well. It would be nice to somehow be able to mark the Session itself as "cancelled" because deleting it just shifts all the dates to the wrong sessions (if it's in the middle).
Also when making people as "attended" or "absent" it would be nice to have either more options to choose from, or a blank where we can free type info in. If we have a patient that transferred to High Risk after attending 6 sessions, I want to leave her in the group for data purposes, but don't want to mark her absent either.
