The Request for Proposals lists that the applicant organization have an “adequate patient scale, defined as 30-40% of eligible patients.”
Can you please clarify whether this is more of a long-term goal that we would work toward throughout the implementation phase or would it be an expectation for us to have the staffing capacity to support early on in the process?
