We're thrilled to announce our first wave of awardees for Centering Implementation Grants! Congratulations to the seventeen awardees representing thirty-two healthcare sites! Thank you to all who applied. A second wave of awardees will be announced in May 2018 and we'll have another request for proposals in Fall 2018.
