I came from a site using EPIC. Awhile back ago I posted a link to information about scheduling with EPIC. I hope this helps.

You might want to talk to anyone from Kaiser (Joanne Slaboch or Fiona Sinclair) - we all use Epic! I don’t think I can help much as a provider tho.
