I have been able to add a few of our staff on the manage staff list successfully.
Yet, one of the members I added was Laura Sanderson. I have added her, yet no longer see her on the list. She even received an email from centeringcounts to set up her account to sign in and everything looked fine when I initially added her. Now that I no longer see her, when I try to re-add her to our list, it says that this contact may already exists at another practice (she only works at our clinic) and it populates the rest of the information I've entered previously. When I say to add her again the submit button just "clocks" forever and I have to log out of CenteringCounts to stop the process. After I sign back in I still don't see her on our list. Please advise, thank you!

So sorry you are having this issue! I reset a field in Laura's record in our database, see if she is visible again for you now. If not, let me know and I can troubleshoot this a bit more with our IT wizards.
