I’m not able to save a new patient information to Suzanne’s 8/12/19.. for all of Nicole’s 2 session’s I’m not able to save any of her participants information and two of her patients brought their partner. How do I add their information in dash board to count amount of participants? or Do I keep track in the number of the facilitator’s Process evaluation (# of support persons) and sign-in-sheet

Thanks for posting here! I'll need some more information... all of the functions mentioned are working properly so there must be something going on locally.

What browser is Sylvia using? We urge everyone NOT to use Internet Explorer as it is obsolete and has been replaced by Edge.
Are pop-ups being blocked?
Partners are not counted as participants
Facilitator Process Evaluations are not tracked in CCounts

Sylvia has "full access" in terms of system privileges so she should be able to use all of the Manage Groups functions.
