UPDATE 8/6 5PM EDT I have been logging in and out and pages loading this afternoon with no problems. Please let us know if you are continuing to have any trouble.

UPDATE 8/27/2020 Our developer and host partners have identified what may be causing the sporadic slowdowns and are working on it. Thank you for hanging in there!

While I haven't gotten the "all set" from the developers yet, I was just able to login twice with no delay. So the slowdown is sporadic, for better or worse. Thanks for letting me know and for trying!

Tanya, I was wondering about the current status. I just got this message from one of the sites I am working with: "Is there a particular browser or interface that is preferred to prevent the CenteringCounts site from crashing? Is it being de-bugged at the CHI level? We're sustaining a fair amount of lost productivity as a result of the unreliable platform." Is there a preferred browser other than NOT using Explorer?

Hopefully you are all noticing a much faster system this week! Updates have been implemented and our developer team will be keeping an eye on performances reports for the next few weeks to make sure nothing else needs tweaking. Have a great weekend : )

Hi centering team! I need to reset my password, but the "submit" button consistently just has the arrows rotating stating "loading". Any ways to fix this?

Cross-posting this here from our IT expert: "A common theme I am noticing with the recent reports of issues is users reporting using Microsoft Edge. What isn't clear is if they're using the older version or the newer version (two very different browsers). There may be some compatibility issues with the older one. The error this user reported is the notification that their password expired and they need to change it. I got that myself when I logged in yesterday and it worked just fine for me. It seems to me that it may be a browser issue or perhaps a script being blocked. I would suggest trying Google Chrome or Firefox and see if the issue persists. If it works, I'd like to get more information about which version of Edge is being used so we can understand what the compatibility issue is or recommend not using it."
